Tina Turbin the Artist N/A

colored-paper-with-charcoal-001-webTina feels the arts are a very important part of anyone’s life and to the enrichment of society. She also feels the arts need to remain in the school system and that this is not the area where funding should be cut. It is vital to have this area nurtured in us all.

Tina Turbin excelled in the arts, then decided to set aside her goals when she married at 20 and became a mom at 21. She devoted many years to raising her own three children and nurturing their involvement in the arts, as well as helping other young talented artists in the field of entertainment with her Los Angeles studio, Show Biz Kids.

The arts have been a purpose that Tina knew she would get back into, and she had set plans to do so once her own children were older—and this is exactly what she did.

“I respect and admire anyone who has the guts to work at their dreams in any area of the arts. To be honest, it is easier for some than others. It just takes a decision, some real good perseverance and surrounding yourself with positive and supportive people.
