I feel as though I’ve lived a plethora of lifetimes filled with experiences, and now I’m creating a life that draws upon that knowledge every day.

After years of diverse ventures—from founding Show Biz Kidz in Los Angeles to work in real estate, restaurants, and special-diet and nutritional recipe development (which led to two award-winning websites mentioned below), along with a deep interest in genetics, DNA research, and anti-aging—I’ve had the privilege of learning from an extraordinary range of professionals. Yet I’ve never been more focused than I am today on what brings me the greatest joy: meaningful connections, open communication, creating art, spending time outdoors or hiking, building quality relationships, enjoying my family, and seeing others truly happy as they fulfill their dreams.

At this stage of my life, my days center around enjoying life, expanding my knowledge, and continually learning. I love introducing others to the beauty of the natural world and sharing practical, proven lifestyle approaches that support longevity and a vibrant quality of life. After years of working alongside leading professionals in the anti-aging and longevity fields, I truly believe that a long, healthy, high-quality life is not only possible but is here and growing exponentially.

I dedicate time to select nonprofit organizations focused on children, women, and geriatrics—areas where I’ve had many years of hands-on experience—and I find deep fulfillment in managing select business endeavors and investments while meeting new people and exploring diverse cultures.

While raising three young children, I founded GlutenFreeHelp.info which was voted the #2 health website globally in 2019 and helped establish me as a recognized celiac advocate. My path through the gluten-free, paleo, low-carb, diabetic, and keto health spaces allowed me to collaborate with leading experts, participate in interviews across the globe, win awards for my recipes, and eventually launch PaleOmazing.com.

I also fulfilled a lifelong dream by authoring Danny the Dragon Meets Jimmy, the first children’s app with sign language interpretation. It was featured in Apple’s first iPad commercial and helped open doors for accessibility in digital media worldwide.

I find it hard to pinpoint what I enjoy most. I truly enjoy life and consider myself a lifelong student—always learning, evolving, and growing. But none of that happens in isolation. It comes from engaging with the real world, connecting openly with others, and living with a heart that genuinely cares.
